We take great care in packaging our baskets; therefore, any damaged shipments must be
reported within 3 days of the receipt of gift. We will happily exchange any item that is
damaged for a merchandise exchange of equal value. There are no cash/credit refunds.
No product exchange can be issued until the returned merchandise is received by us. The
actual gift basket must still be in its original shrink wrap packaging and original box taped
securely in order for us to accept its return.

To return any product, please contact our office by phone at (510) 465-5180 or via email
at returns@tisketsntaskets.com to request a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number".
Please include your Order #, Name, Phone# and an explanation for the problem. A
Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1 business day.

Please do not return the merchandise without authorization from our Customer
Service Department.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable.

Orders returned to us as a result of shipment to an undeliverable address (ex: wrong
address given by customer, package not accepted) will be reshipped at the customers
expense. There are no refunds for a gift not arriving at a final destination in time for an
event or holiday as we have no control over shipping transit speed. Except for above
reasons, no returns will be accepted or allowed.
